We start with renewable energy, because infrastructure matters – but that’s not where we stop. With focus on water security, development platforms, land bank investment, and vertical integration, we structure capital carefully, we partner deliberately, and we build with discipline.
re aga aims to establish collaboration models that allow any South African to participate in infrastructure development in a meaningful way. We believe in the democratisation of investment opportunities, in harnessing the power of the collective, and that every financial contribution matters in the greater scheme.
what we do
energy projects
Development and equity participation in energy projects through special purpose vehicles. Our launch project is a 40MW solar PV project, currently in the grid connection phase, targeting a Q3 2026 live date.
water infrastructure
Development and investment in water security and resource infrastructure projects. This includes designs for resilience, stability, and long-term returns (mine water re-use, desalination, etc.).
land and property-based investment
Participation in land-lease platforms that unlock productive use and long-term value, with a focus on enterprise development and community empowerment.
agribusiness and value chains
Development of vertically integrated agricultural businesses, combining production, processing, and branding – with community involvement.
